Summary:
A paper proposing for a New Political Alliance initially targeting the 1979 Euro Elections with a covering letter from Gerard Morgan-Grenville, the founder of CAT in Wales dated 18th July announcing a public meeting in London on 28th July. A future article here will look at the relationship of this initiative to the growing Ecology Party and the non-political Green Alliance which was set up by Morgan-Grenville and Maurice Ash in 1979.
