Format:
5 A4 typewritten sheets duplicated double sided and folded to give 20 A5 pages. Scan is a mess and two versions are included in the file - first 10 pages of pdf show double sheets with bits missing at edges, second 8 pdf pages are the individual paste ups of some of the text.
